We introduce the concept of a Permissioned Liquidity Pool which can be used to ensure a pool of liquidity is only accessible to Ethereum addresses that meet certain requirements. Relayers may opt-in to applying one or more sets of permissions to allow institutions to more easily source and trade with peers that satisfy the same compliance requirements
