Lithuania wants to allow Virtual Limited Liability Companies registered on the Blockchain


Apparently approved by the Bank of Lithuania. Part of this can be seen as trolling for ICOs, but the broader competition is where global / distributed companies should have their home base.

Stripe enables Delaware LLCs for the world. The Canadian Province of BC allows for non-resident directors and a modern online corporate registry. Singapore is pulling out all the stops to be the most global / virtual company friendly.
